Very exciting
First, I want to say how exciting this is for the Dynamo, MLS fans in Houston, and for the league in general. It will be great for the Dynamo to finally have their own stadium.
The video was very well done too. One minor gripe though. At ~4:10 the narrator says this:
Located on the east end of downtown, our stadium will offer the only urban soccer experience in all of MLS.
Sorry, but what about Qwest Field and Red Bull Arena? Maybe Red Bull Arena’s a stretch because it’s in New Jersey, but Qwest is clearly another example of an “urban soccer experience.”
Regardless, this is just a minor annoyance. Overall, a great video, and I’m very excited for Houston to finally get their own stadium.
Quest isn't soccer specific though
I think that was their point

Is Houston's stadium soccer specific?
They’re already explaining how it will be the home of the Dynomo and Texas Southern’s football team. The Dynamo will be sharing a stadium with a football team just like Seattle. What’s the diff?
"Specific" might not be the best word
They do plan on using it for other things, but every element of the design is being built with Soccer in mind. Call it Purpose built for soccer if it makes you feel better. Everything about the stadium is designed with soccer in mind FIRST. Field dimensions for example. Robertson is a narrow field for soccer because they built it for football. The best type of grass/field condition for football might not be the same for soccer. The grounds keepers priority will be to have the field in the best shape for soccer. They have already said that there will NOT be football lines on the field for Dynamo games. They have that choice(or will once it’s built) whereas at Robertson they were stuck with whatever UH did. Quest is a little different because the same people who own the Sea hawks own the Sounders, I think. Even at Quest, the primary purpose of the stadium is football. We don’t “share” Robertson with UH. We pay to use it. Texas Southern will do the same for us. Texas Southern is a tenant. They will lease the right to use the Stadium, and will have to work their schedule around the Dynamo, not the other way around like it is now.
Most importantly the Dynamo will have control over revenues.
It might not seem like a big deal to you, but there is a million little things about this stadium being purpose built for Soccer that make a huge difference to the team

Misinformed about Qwest
Even at Quest, the primary purpose of the stadium is football.
I know this is the prevailing wisdom among MLS followers who don’t live in Seattle, but it is false.
Paul Allen (owner of the Seahawks and part-owner of Sounders FC) has made it clear that Qwest was designed for soccer:
“We’re excited about soccer. The facility is designed for soccer,” he said, noting the first game at the facility is a soccer match…
Paul Allen also holds the exclusive lease on Qwest Field and therefore neither the Seahawks nor Sounders FC are “renting” from the other and both control the revenues from their own events.
I’d also encourage you to watch this video where it is explained that things such as the sight lines, field crown, and field dimensions of Qwest field were designed for soccer. Like you say, there are a million little things involved in making a stadium suitable for soccer, and they were done with Qwest.
Again, it’s great that Houston is getting a stadium. It’s been a long time coming and it’s good for the team, city, and the league. It’s just a little rediculous to claim that this is the “only urban soccer experience” or as you say the only uban soccer-specific stadium.
