Well, maybe playtheapy’s complaint was heard. A pregame story in the Chron.
(Of course, PT, while this does not invalidate your points in any way, there was indeed this story in the Chron on Saturday: http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/soc/7574456.html. Perhaps it was not in your edition, though, which would be inexcusable for sure.)
Also, partnering with the Scorps would be a brilliant, brilliant move. Turning them into a de facto farm team (though not completely in the baseball style), would build on the Dynamo’s Academy presence in the area (Paul Dalglish is heading up the Austin Dynamo Academy, right?) and deny the territory to the Frisco ISD Home XI. Wonder what the Crocketteers would have to say about this.
The SI piece is a crock and a vast oversimplification.

The SI article is terrible, which is why I linked it. Figured people would either be interested in the stupidity or want to troll the comments :)

and there is no comments…but the authors e-mail is linked on there. So that’s something.
