Yo si le voy, le voy al naranja!
Anybody else miss a healthy Ching?
Just wondering…
Not related to the game, but
it’s a little sad seeing the face of a franchise not playing
Definitely, but this is good in terms of Bruin and Koke settling

I agree, let’s hope we can bring it to LA

Yo si le voy, le voy al naranja!
A few dubious calls and no-calls in favor of LA.
Trying to watch the game objectively, (which will never happen) but very few calls going the Dynamo’s way.
If this Gold Cup wasn’t for a Confederations Cup spot, maybe he gets called up. Also, Bradley’s lame ass tactical style doesn’t call for a player like Davis

I'll take watching over listening...but
I am considering. These guys aren’t the worst (ever watch a Celtics game with their guys??), but they are irritating.
That wasn't a penalty

Contact was inadvertent, but think the penalty was the right call.

Ball to fucking hand is not a fucking penalty, his arm was not in an unnatural position nor did he make an intentional effort to effect the flight of the ball

Most refs ignore that though
Sad fact of the game. If they see ball and hand touch in the penalty they are quick to call it. Another reason for technology
EXACTLY
Unless you’re confident enough in your judgement to give the other team a golden opportunity (PK) most don’t make that call
Also if they don't call it....
They can potentially be under further fire because the normal thing to do is to call the PK. Very skewed system that does not follow it’s rules. It’s not just MLS refs…but seriously MLS refs suck. What’s the point of having rules if they’re all up for interpretation?? HAX
This one is all yours guys, I've gotta be up for work in a few hours
I can’t be bothered tonight with the referee once again deciding the game, so tired of this fucking league

If you're a good boy and put your jersey under your bed
the soccer gods will give the Dynamo a point. Now brush your teeth and go to bed young man
Hmm
That was a dubious one. Even with replays it was a bit hard to tell, so in real-time I can’t see that a ref would be able to spot that and say with confidence it was a penalty.
It’s a shame too because this was a fairly open match with the Dynamo having a slight advantage and now the advantage was just gifted to Hell-A. If they don’t park the bus we can still come away with a point as long as the ref stays the hell out of the way
/rant
Finally on a dinner break for long enough to pull up MLS MDL and watch the remainder of this game
Gotta come back, dust yourself off, and show why Dynamo means strength.

Listening to the LA halftime broadcast...
Already 2 minutes into it and I’ve removed the headset from my ears and am just watching.
Important note: The last 15 minutes of the 2nd half is the most vulnerable for LA Galaxy.

Yeah, no choice in who I listen to...

In just a few minutes I wont be able to listen anyways
Back to work…but I can watch!!!

Ashe off
Chabala on.

Houston: 2x better than Dallas!
best thing LA announcers have said all night
That's one hell of a nice closeup.

Corner kick
Let’s go boys…knock it home…

Did that announcer just say
“Creamsicle jerseys?”
FUCK YOU LA!

Now I want some Blue Bell.
The Orange and Cream one.
Dynamo Dreamsicle?
Dude…NEW BLUE BELL FLAVOR FTW!!!

We should send a letter to Blue Bell...
Offer up a sponsorship spot :P

Much Like Dr. Pepper signing a deal with the Dynamo for the new stadium.
Dynamo Stadium serving Blue Bell. Amazing.
Yeah, exactly...
The official provider of Dynamo Dreamsicle! They could have a whole fan day for it and everything. And it’s basically homegrown, what could be better?

Plus...imagine it as a mid summer day match thing...
How refreshing would that be at halftime?

Also can;t say much for putting Chabala on. Would like to see Sarkodie on the right and Hunter Freeman move over in place of Ashe. But I wonder what Dom sees in practice to give Kofi no minutes at all
"We don't care who finishes second." -- Celtic's Peter Lowrie
Maybe it's less that than Chabala doing more
Who knows. Ashe has looked sharp tonight not surrendering too much. Maybe he’s feeling a little sore or something?
It's good that guy sucks...
Otherwise we’d be down 2…
By that guy, I mean Angel…
-- "...I was sick, napping, and then woke up and came to the computer to read a note from the Gingered Angel of Doom..." Martek - Dynamo Theory Blog
Boosh!
I used to kind of be an Angel fan.. but now he’s with the Galaxy: a team it’s way too easy to hate.
especialy when they're up
on a BS handball call
I wonder if the lights will go out just on a Dynamo attack

Hmmm on subs...
I think one thing that this forum has been a overly critical on has been Weaver. We’re missing some of the little things he does now…
LIke Watson coming in, but wish it was for Colin Clark instead of Davis. Sometimes I don;t know about Dom’s sub strategy
"We don't care who finishes second." -- Celtic's Peter Lowrie
Tough to say
Got a lot of games coming up, could try to maximize Watson’s minutes while minimizing how much Davis is playing in so short amount of time. Who knows could be dumb too
Let's not forget that
LA finished 2nd to last in 2008…most people forget that (tied with the last place team as well in terms of points, but ahead on GF)
WEAVER!
Let’s see what he brings with Bruin! Good combo that has been efficient this season (not as much as late, but they still do the little things not always statistically calculable)
