You know, when I first heard about the Riordin signing, I was so-so because I thought he was never all that good for the Bhoys, which is when I watched him more.

But the more I think about it, the more I like it. He really found form with Hibs and I think he would provide some nice creativity and some unpredictability and killer instinct so often lacking in the Dynamo attack. I also think it will really make Cam Weaver and Jason Garey expendable or at the very least, useful trade bait. Also, it provides another experienced and youngish hand to provide some direction and take pressure off of Will Bruin. There are few downsides to this deal.

Here’s my new starting XI I see with Riordin

Ching-Riordin
Davis-Koke-Cameron-Watson
Ashe-Hainault-Boswell-Freeman
Hall

Subs: Bruin-Palmer-Sarkodie-Taylor-Deric-Clark-Weaver-Cruz

That will leave Chabala out of the 18, as well as Garey. What do you think?

You’d probably see Chabala ahead of Sarkodie in the 18 given his experience, but otherwise it’d be a lineup I’d like to see

Now that would be some depth that would be fun to see, though difficult for some very good players to bear.
