Glad
this is an early match, hate those late west coast matches
In the second minute...
…and we still haven’t scored yet. We suck. :>

Couldn't do without him.
Such a vital part of this team.

This feels a lot like the New England match...

Feels like every match right now, especially with the whitecaps counter attack always burning the defense.

1-year-old preacher? Heck Zygo, maybe we can get that kid to pray for us.

If Moffat had not shaved.....
That shot would have gone in. #fearthebeard

Incredible
MLS reffing = something too horrible to mention here

So Haniault gets a book to the forehead and Ashe knee to to the temple. Nothing called.

Does anyone else notice Vancouver flopping a bit?

you're lucky
I don’t even have 11.2. I’ve said it before that the Dynamo have probably the worst TV deal in MLS. I rely on Jonathan Yardley and Dynamo Theory on games like this. I’ve looked for streams, but I just can’t find one.

Thank you so much
Is this what you use for every game?

It is a PK, but this is a ref that has not reffed many games

damn it
dude, i hate to say it but i think kinnear is part of the problem now. pulling off ching with 5 minutes to go? not giving dixon a half hour chance ahead of watson after last week? what the hell did watson do when he came on? fuck all, thats what.
Tim Leiwicke can blow me too, where is our DP. THERE IS SO MUCH TALENT IN SOUTH AMERICA, lets find someone worth the moiney and pull the trigger……Oh wait, the transfer window fucking shut and all we got was another central midfielder who prefers to defend over going forward
Another game like this...
and I’m ready to say keep Moffat at DM and start Dixon at CAM. Why not if we’re going to grab a point at a time or lose pts?
players we need to get rid of
WEAVER – dirty player, is rarely involved or useful
WATSON – not quite dirty but makes very questionable tackles and cant cross worth a shit. looked decent in the center of the park last game but with camargo and moffat why is he still on our team?
FREEMAN – what the hell was that weak ass back heel whif that led to the goal? he has been a true waste of salary space.
I'm to pissed off to write anything tonight
Maybe tomorrow…

So...
looks like I didn’t miss much. Effectively: just another road game for the Dynamo.
Lots of pressure
Lots of possession
Lots of chances
Draw or loss
That’s about it I think…I guess we have two bright sides here:
-Expectations are now where they probably should’ve been. Look, we’ve looked mediocre with flashes of greatness but our record is what we are as a team. Sure we still may make the playoffs but we’ll be someone’s tomato can…I just want our level of expectations to match. Though I’ll add something to Dom’s comment earlier this week about certain fans and their unrealistic expectations or something to that effect: for those of us who have been following and supporting and analyzing, we know how good and bad this team is. They’re not horrid, but they’re not great: we can do better. We’ve taken small steps in that direction, but we’re still just mediocre. Please accept that reality, FO: we are mediocre. There are ways to change that but you’re taking a very piece-meal approach to fixing it, so expect relevant results.
Also, Canadian security: piss off.
The other bright spot: our recent form has been one of those examples of great effort masking certain realities…among them is still the problem in midfield. I think play and I (or maybe Martek) mentioned a couple of days ago that for all of Cam’s efforts and bless him, he does try, there seems to be little positive gain from it. A midfielder makes that happen. I understand why he’s there because we don’t have any other options, but that’s the FO’s fault. I like Camargo, from what I’ve seen and I’m DYING to watch him play but instead of going out and getting a proper CAM they brought in a center-mid who is effectively an advanced DM. That’s still a step-up from what we have, but its not going to make us a contender. So please, Dom: do what it takes to move Cameron back to CB and do it ASAP. Like as in, Monday at practice. I really, really hate to say it but I can say it from experience: guys who exert the most effort often don’t have the talent. They just simply make up for it with said effort. Cameron as a CAM is a perfect example of that. And PLEASE move Cameron back to CB to shore up that defense. It’s not going to make us better, perhaps, but it’ll likely help remove alot of the defensive mistakes we allow. Hell, maybe move Moffat to Advanced DM (which is our best shot of a CAM for now) and…well hell, maybe try him as DM. I mean, with Cameron at CB he’d be overlapping him alot anyways.
Ok, enough for now….its not the end of the world, we just were brought back to our stark reality: we’re kings of the mid-table.
PS – Did Carr play at all? Did he even make the trip?
Player's I want OUT!!
WATSON – pathetic, poor excuse of a midfielder, crossing is terrible, dumbass tackler, reminds me of Oduro in a way since all he does is pretty much…RUN, and did I mention he sucks. He brings nothing to this team. He has no qualities of a #10. HE NEEDS TO GO! (I will say this tomorrow when Ginge posts up his new blog)
WEAVER – Ok this guy is nothing but slow. He looks like he always struggles when he runs and his finishing is not great at all.
FREEMAN – sorry defender…that explains everything
GAREY – Why did we get this guy???? He’s a waste of cap space and he only plays reserve games and barely scores.
BOSWELL – I’m sorry BB but you’re not so good at defending anymore. Sometimes he puts the team on a thin thread
