Last week, the Houston Dynamo got some very good news in regards to striker Calen Carr when he was finally listed as "questionable" instead of "out" on the injury report prior to last Saturday's match at Real Salt Lake. While there's little doubt that he's still probably a few weeks away from being match ready, this tweet of his from earlier probably brought a smile to many Dynamo fans who have been worried about health and scoring production:
Great to be w guys again. 8/13/11 1st full practice 8/13/13 the same. Hurdle = bigger ahead but I'm determined. pic.twitter.com/uG7sRaVE5L

(No worries about the arm, guys. Though the angle makes it look otherwise, he would later tweet a picture where both arms were visible.)
Chris Canetti had, of course, tweeted earlier that both Carr and injured midfielder Andrew Driver had returned to full practice.
Good seeing @calencarr3 and @andrewdriver20 going full-on in 11v11.

Driver, of course, has been out since leaving the 27 July match against the Chicago Fire with right Achilles tendonitis, while Carr has been recovering from surgery after tearing his ACL in last December's MLS Cup Final. No timetable has been set for either's return to match readiness, though I would hazard a guess that we might be seeing Driver (at least on the bench) when the Dynamo host the Seattle Sounders this Saturday night at BBVA Compass Stadium.
