Monday night at the Carl Lewis Track & Field Complex at the University of Houston, the annual Dynamo Academy Showcase will he held, with top prospects from the academy participating.
The event is set to kick-off at 7:30pm and is open to the public. The match will feature college-protected academy players against players from the U-18 and U-16 teams.
Head coach Dominic Kinnear and assistant Wade Barrett will likely be in attendance.
Here are the college-protected players expected to participate:

DF Sebastien Ibeagha (Fort Bend Hightower), Duke, United States U-20 national team
FW Alex Dixon (Atascocita), North Carolina, three consecutive College Cup appearances
GK Fernando Piña (Challenge Early College), United States U-17 national team
MF Daniel Roberts (Fort Bend Clements), UNC-Wilmington
FW Pana Vasquez (Cy Falls), SMU
DF Matt Boullt (Fort Bend Clements), Tulsa, academic all-Conference USA
MF Matt Kirby (Beaumont Monsignor Kelly), Denver, academic all-MPSF
DF C.J. Odenigwe (Fort Bend Travis), North Carolina
MF Johnny Torres (Atascocita), Wake Forest
GK Pat Wall (Strake Jesuit), Notre Dame
Home-grown players from the academy can be signed by the Dynamo without having to enter the MLS SuperDraft.
