Most of the 2013 regular season schedule was announced today. I say most, because the three Canadian teams are waiting on TV networks to decide when their home matches will be played. SO while the schedule does have a few holes, it is mostly here to see (away matches in italics):

Highlights include nationally broadcast matches against D.C. United as endcaps to the season, a very early Texas Derby in Frisco on St. Patrick's Day, and two home matches against Sporting Kansas City. It also includes a brutal eight day stretch that will see the Dynamo play at the LA Galaxy, at D.C. United, and then home for Kansas City.
Because MLS has an odd number of teams, the schedule can be quite quirky. While the Dynamo will play all Western Conference teams once, they'll play Eastern Conference teams an uneven number of times (three matches with seven, two matches with the other two - Philadelphia and Montreal this season).
The Western Conference matches will be switched from last year: the Dynamo will play on the road against the Galaxy, FC Dallas, Real Salt Lake and Portland. They'll be at home against San Jose, Vancouver, Chivas USA, Colorado and Seattle.
UPDATE (5 Feb): As of earlier today, the final pieces of the schedule are now in place, as the dates and times of the Canadian matches were released.
