A few things to think about as we count down to the kickoff of this evening's Eastern Conference Semifinal between the Houston Dynamo and the New York Red Bulls:
- The official Houston Dynamo watch party will be at Diablo Loco Sports Bar, at 6025 Richmond Avenue (near the corner of Richmond and Fountain View). Since the match kicks off at 7 pm tonight, it might be bet to get there earlier to get a good seat.
- If you can't mak it there, the match will be streamed via MLS Live, even in Houston (blackout restrictions lifted).
- Things to watch for: Two Dynamo players are sitting on a yellow card, Boniek Garcia and Corey Ashe. One more yellow for either, and they would be suspended for the next match (should the Dynamo advance). The Red Bulls have four players on notice: Thierry Henry, Jonny Steele, Brandon Barklage, and David Carney. Keep that in mind, because it might effect the play of both sides.
- If the Dynamo do manage to advance, they would host either the New England Revolution or Sporting Kansas City at 1:30 pm Houston time on Saturday, November 9th. The Dynamo website already has tickets on sale for this potential match - which would be the final home match of the season.
