Two key players for the Houston Dynamo will get an opportunity to represent the Red, White, and Blue in the upcoming World Cup qualifiers. Midfielder and Dynamo captain Brad Davis and goalkeeper Tally Hall were selected by Jurgen Klinsmann as part of a United States Men's National Team camp that will compete in five matches in the coming weeks, three of which are World Cup qualifiers.
According to a team release, Davis will join the national team camp in Cleveland on May 27 following Houston's match against Sporting Kansas City and will be available for the United States' friendly against Belgium on May 29. He will be available through the US vs Honduras World Cup qualifier on June 18.
Hall will stay with Houston through June 1 before joining up with the camp prior to the World Cup qualifier vs Jamaica. He'll be available for the June 7 match against the Reggae Boyz, but will return to the Dynamo following that match.
Davis will miss the June 1 match against the Columbus Crew, and could be available for Houston's following match against the Montreal Impact on June 19 depending on his playing time. Hall should not miss any action for the Dynamo since he'll return after the Jamaica match.
The games missed for these two players will be minimal, but Houston also will have to deal with the loss of Jermaine Taylor and Boniek Garcia for Jamaica and Honduras qualifiers also.
