This is my first go at an aggregate rating so I'll run down how I'll do it. A player must appear in the majority of the games played in any month in order to appear in the month ratings. After that I'll take the average rating from the games the players appeared in. For May, since I missed the DC game there could be points of discussion about how things could have been, but regardless this month will feature 4 games with ratings. Sometimes there will be two Men of the Month. The first will be the player with the highest average (this can be a tie), and the second will be the player that earned Man of the Match the most times throughout the month. For this to happen, a player must have earned the honor more than one time in the month. I'll also include a Best XI for the month based on the ratings. Please feel free to make any other suggestions as this is the first go at this and likely an evolving format.

My Quick Take on the Month:
It's obvious that the DC game's inclusion would have changed things dramatically, but there are a few other things to note that if we take a moment to look at might help illuminate areas of strength, help understand inconsistencies, and point out an unusual finding. First, our midfield has been very consistent and has been very strong overall with Boniek, Driver, and Davis all registering very high ratings. Barnes and Bruin would have been up there with them had I done the DC game. Our defense has struggled with the exceptions of Ashe and Sarkodie, which is expected considering Boswell's red card and Taylor's injury. One last note, I expected to put in a rating for Creavalle, but he featured just once (unless I'm mistaken) in all of the matches in May, including the DC game.
Men of the Month:
Brad Davis with a 6.8, and Andrew Driver for capturing two Man of the Match performances (against Los Angeles and New England).
Best XI for May:
Goalkeeper: Hall
Defenders: Sarkodie, Brunner, Ashe
Midfielders: Boniek, Driver, Clark, Davis, Barnes
Forwards: Bruin, Ching
