Dominic Kinnear has coached his last home game at BBVA Compass stadium. The fans sent him out with a tribute and the hashtag #ThanksDom. The hashtag gained enough traction that it was trending in Houston for a while.
Sat here many a time and talked with Dominic before a match. Will do it one final time tonight. #ThanksDom. pic.twitter.com/mDV5JK1OGf

The pre-game job is something Kinnear has done for awhile.

The team handed out mini-posters for the evening in celebration on Kinnear. In the 9th minute of Thursday night's game against New England the team had organized a TiFo for fans to hold up-signs with '#ThanksDom' on them.

After the game there was a ceremony thanking Kinnear for his time in Houston. With Sebastian Salazar MCing the ceremony, Brian Ching and Brad Davis both gave speeches about Kinnear. Both players gave great and touching speeches but it was Brad Davis who had the line of the night.
"I think you'd be upset if we didn't say I hope we kick your ass when we play against you." said Davis.

After being given a cowboy hat, Texas flag and BBQ sauce, Kinnear took over the mic to thank everyone from his staff to players to the schools that his kids attended.
He ended the evening by leading fans in the Dyna-Mo chant.
