Breakout Player of the Year Luis Garrido (46%)

Breakout Player of the Year was an interesting one to watch. Initially, Giles Barnes jumped out to an early lead only to be over taken by Tyler Deric. Then Luis Garrido had a late surge to pull away with the win.

When the Dynamo signed Garrido Dynamo fans were scratching their heads a bit. Few had heard of the Honduran who played in the World Cup along side Boniek Garcia and was now on loan from Olimpia. It only took one game for fans to fall in love with his hard working style. He made a huge impact in a midfield that had struggled at times through out the season bringing cohesion the team had been lacking.
