The National Women's Soccer League announced it will hold the 2015 NWSL College Draft Friday, Jan. 16, 2015, at the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Convention. The convention will be held in Philadelphia, Pa., according to a press release.
The draft will kick off at 9:30 a.m. ET and will be open to the public and media. Fans can follow along with the draft on NWSLsoccer.com, on Twitter at @NWSL and on Facebook. More information is expected to be released in the next coming weeks.

According to a press release from the league, many of the top players in the United States who are eligible to register for the draft following their senior season, will be participating in the 2014 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament. Games will continue this weekend, with the College Cup quarterfinals being played Dec. 5 and Dec. 7 at FAU Stadium in Boca Raton, Fla.
