KICKTV released a video which takes viewers into the preparation of Houston Dynamo and Honduras National Team midfielder, Boniek Garcia, ahead of the FIFA 2014 World Cup. There are plenty of interesting quotes, but this one stands out the most for me.

If I go up at a hundred percent, I have to go down at a hundred percent, to help the team and be tighter.

He also talked about how playing with the Houston Dynamo has taught him to be a more disiplined player by letting the ball go when the play dictates it.

This video is fantastic and a must-watch, and if you have 10 minutes you have no excuse.
