Both teams took their Round of 16 games to overtime. Argentina won their game with a 118th minute goal from Messi while Belgium had a hard time getting past Tim Howard and the Americans. So far this tournament teams have been able to just sit back and defend against Argentina. A game plan that might work perfect for a defensive Belgium team.
Netherlands vs Costa Rica

Costa Rica have been the surprise of the tournaments so far winning their group and then coming out on top against Greece despite going down to 10 men. The Netherlands came out of the Round of 16 over Mexico thanks in part to a highly debated penalty called against Mexico. This game has one of the World Cup best attacking teams going up against one of its toughest defences. The Netherlands have scored 12 goals already this World Cup with Robben scoring three of them. They will be without midfield Nigel de Jong who was injured at the end of the last match. Costa Rica will be without Oscar Duarte who is suspended for this match.
