The Houston Dash announced Thursday another pair of players that will remain on the roster for the 2015 NWSL season. defender Stephanie Ochs and goalkeeper Bianca Henninger renewed contracts with the club. Per team and league policy, terms of the deal were not released.
Twenty-three-year old Ochs appeared in 24 games with 19 starts and notched two assists for Houston in 2014 as she made the move from forward to defender. A former University of San Diego player, she has been loaned to Canberra United of the Westfield W-League until Dec. 22. Ochs spent last fall on loan with the Australian club as well. She will return to Houston before of the start of the 2015 season.
Henninger, also 23, tallied five appearances for the Dash in 2014, all of them starts. The former Santa Clara Bronco was acquired by the Dash in a trade with FC Kansas City in January.
