The injury list just keeps getting longer and longer for the Dynamo. We can now say with certainty that Oscar Boniek Garcia will miss Saturday's important match against the Philadelphia Union with a concussion. Those that missed last week's game against the Columbus Crew are still listed out, which includes Jermaine Taylor, Will Bruin, Tally Hall, Tony Cascio, and Mark Sherrod. There was, however, another name on that list.

That's right, defender and occasional midfielder Corey Ashe was also included in the injury report. This team has already been leaning on a lot of its bench and Ashe's injury puts even more pressure on the remaining healthy players. While Ashe may or may not have played in this match given that DaMarcus Beasley and Kofi Sarkodie are healthy, if anything happened, Ashe would have provided more than ample support in the back.
With Boniek out, we can expect either Brian Ownby or Andrew Driver to fill in. Ownby had a rough half against the Crew last week, but he still provides plenty of energy and he loves to get forward. Driver also adds a certain attacking spark, but the right side of the midfield hasn't been very kind to him this season. Regardless of who gets the call to start, it will be up to the team to try and get a result in Philadelphia tonight.
