Houston Dash trade 13th pick of NWSL draft

Rather than using their first pick in the second round (13th overall) the Houston Dash traded with the Portland Thorns. The Dash sent this pick and a future second-round pick to Portland in exchange for a player to be named later. Portland then traded the pick to the Washington Spirit for Jodie Taylor.
