The National Women's Soccer League Friday released the first list of players up for selection in the 2015 league college draft. The draft is scheduled to take place at 9:30 a.m. ET Friday, Jan. 16 at the National Soccer Coaches Association of America Convention in Philadelphia, Pa.
Registration for the draft will officially close Wednesday, Jan. 14.
The draft will be open to the public and fans will also be able to follow news from the draft on the league's official site, NWSLsoccer.com, as well as on Twitter, @NWSL. The league also announced it will also host a live draft chat on the its website, including expert analysis from Division-1 women's soccer head coaches.
