With the end of the Houston Dash's 2015 season we decided to gather up our favorite moments of the season. There was little surprise when Ella Masar and Carli Lloyd delivered our favorite moments of the season.
Gribbs-The Houston Dash best FC Kansas City 3-2 thanks to Carli Lloyd golazo.
The Dash had a win in sight when poor marking and unlucky shot off the post fell to the feet of Sarah Hagen of FC Kansas City to pull the two sides level. Then US World Cup hero Carli Lloyd stepped up less than 2 minutes later and delivered an effortless strike from distance to put the Dash into a playoff position. The pass came from Niki Cross, who had recently announced her retirement, and Lloyd took one touch and beat the FC Kansas keeper with a shot into the upper 90. The strike, the win, and the midfield in sync represent why this Dash side, when clicking, is an exciting group to watch.
Daniel-My Favorite Dash Moment of the Season was Carli Lloyd's July 29 game winning goal against FC Kansas City. Lloyd entered the match riding a six-game winning streak and the Dash were behind FCKC for the fourth and final playoff spot. Lloyd received a pass from Nikki Cross, who was starting in her final home game and launched a strike from 30 yards out past Nicole Barnhart with four minutes left in the match
Meg-Both goals from Ella Masar.

Justin-That golazo in Chicago by Ella. Not only was it a beast of a goal, but for her to score it in her hometown for a team she captains in what could be her last match? That's huge
Trista-This was such an exciting season. I would have to go with Ella Masar's goal against Chicago. Scoring against her former team in front of a huge number of family and friends is such a big thing. Acting like she was going to take her jersey off after the goal was so Ella.
Alicia-The Masar fan in me badly wants to say Ella's goal against Chicago BUT Ellie Brush's goal against FCKC was freaking amazing (Starts around 1:01). I love when defenders score and it was such a great goal. Also, Ella Masar passing the armband to Erin McLeod, not long after they were married, on the field was a pretty amazing moment.
