The final preseason match for the Houston Dynamo.

This is the final match for the Dynamo at the Desert Diamond Cup. Houston has had a mixed run at the Cup after drawing against the Colorado Rapids and lost earlier this week to the New England Revolution. Their 2-1 loss to the Revolution was a disappointment but at least Cubo Torres was able to score his second goal of the preseason.

SKC however is looking to go unbeaten this preseason. In their last match they got a big 4-1 win over the Colorado Rapids. Sporting Kansas scored on three penalty kicks during the match to help give them the 4-1 win. Before their win SKC had drawn back to back matches against the Columbus Crew and the New England Revolution.
