Carli Lloyd's second-half brace led the Houston Dash to a commanding to a 4-1 victory over the Boston Breakers at BBVA Compass Stadium on Military Appreciation & First Responders night.

Lloyd received a through pass from Kealia Ohai and rocketed a left-footed strike into the top corner past Jami Kranich. Ohai, who was shutout on Wednesday at Portland, continued her breakout season, scoring her league leading tenth goal in the 35th minute. Janine Beckie made a run down the right flank and sent in her cross to the far post, Ohai got on the end of the ball and tucked home her finish into the empty net.

Beckie opened the scoring in the 26th minute, receiving a through ball from Lloyd and placed a terrific finish past Kranich.

The Breakers got one back after Elise Krieghoff scored in the 76th minute. Krieghoff capitalized on a rebound and placed her attempt past Williams for her first professional goal.

Lloyd capped off the game with a penalty kick goal in the 82nd minute after Denise O'Sullivan was fouled inside the box.

The Dash will look to close out the regular season strong next Sunday against Seattle Reign FC, their final match of 2016.
