The Houston Dash dropped their second straight match of the season with a 3-1 loss to Sky Blue FC at BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston.
An outstanding effort from Sky Blue forward Samantha Kerr was the difference in the match, as the Australian international earned a penalty kick for her side, recorded an assist, and scored a late goal—contributing to the club's successful attack.
In the 53rd minute, Kerr drew out Houston's defenders and played the ball wide to an open Leah Galton. The English forward maneuvered around Williams and placed her left-footed finish into the open goal.

Ohai exploited her matchup against Simon in the 76th minute, beating the defender with her speed to set-up Houston's lone goal of the match.
