The Houston Dash’s Jane Campbell won the NWSL Save of the Week for her save against the Utah Royals. Campbell came out in the 71st minute of the game to stop a 1v1 attempt from midfielder Gunnhildur Jónsdóttir. The ball went off Campbell’s right foot and towards another player from the Royals. Campbell jumped up after the initial stop and got back to goal as an attempt from Erika Tymrak went wide of the post. The game ended in a 0-0 draw between Houston and Utah.

The win is the first Save of the Week win for Campbell this season. There are no games this weekend as the league is on an international break. Campbell will be joining the United States Women’s National Team during the break.
So far the Dash are undefeated in 2018, drawing both of their games so far. The Houston Dash return to action against the Chicago Red Stars on April 18.
