Not sure how much allocation money or if it is TAM or GAM, but I know the 2018 MLS Rookie of the Year is coming to the Dynamo.
Has 18 goals/15 assists in 91 appearances.
The 2018 MLS Rookie of the Year has 3 goals and 2 assists this season, including scoring at BBVA Stadium earlier this season. Baird spent 2018-2020 with Real Salt Lake before joining LAFC this season for $500K in allocation and an international roster spot. The Dynamo are reportedly sending $750K and an international spot.
Wow. Corey Baird to Houston.

The 25 year old Baird is originally from the San Diego, California area and played his college soccer for the Stanford Cardinal. Baird and Stanford won 3 consecutive national championships in 2015, 2016, and 2017. He signed with RSL in 2018 as a homegrown player. After winning Rookie of the Year in 2018 he signed a long-term extension in 2020 before being traded to Los Angeles in January of this year. The Dynamo now have another attacking option who can play wide or as a center forward.
We will have more on this as it develops.
